The people who use this site are usually the ones doing the adapting. The least we can do is build things that work.

This website
We build to WCAG 2.2 AA as a floor, not a target. That means semantic structure, a skip link, visible focus, real keyboard support, sufficient contrast, and large touch targets.
- Every page has one main heading and a logical heading order
- Everything works by keyboard, and focus is always visible
- Colour is never the only way something is communicated
- Text can be resized without breaking the layout
- Every meaningful image has descriptive alternative text
Motion and sensory load
If your device is set to reduce motion, this site turns its animation off — and nothing disappears when it does, because no content is ever revealed by animation.
There is no autoplaying audio or video, no flashing, no countdown timers, and no motion running behind text you are trying to read.
Our events
Every event publishes its sensory and accessibility details before the day — sound, lighting, crowd, quiet space, movement, and food — so you can decide whether it works for you without having to ask.
Once you are there, taking part is optional. You can arrive late, move around, step out when you need to, or leave early, and none of that needs explaining to anyone.
If something you need is not listed, ask us. We would rather sort it out beforehand.
When we get it wrong
