Get Involved
There's more than one way to be part of this.
Come to a gathering, help run one, join the directory, or just pass it along to someone who could use it.

There’s one more that isn’t on the list. If you know someone who has been doing all this digging on their own, send them the link — that helps more than it sounds like it would.

You don't need to be a therapist or an expert to help.
Volunteers are the reason a gathering feels calm instead of chaotic. Most of it is ordinary, useful work.
- Setting up and packing down
- Welcoming people at the door
- Checking people in
- Keeping the quiet space calm
- Running an activity station
- Helping with food
- Taking photographs
- Handing out resources
These are community roles. No clinical training or professional credentials needed — just a few hours, a few times a year.
Hear about what’s next.
Upcoming gatherings, new local resources, and the occasional ask when an event needs a few extra hands. Nothing else.
